I ran into issues with my monitor with some dead pixel and screen flicker. I went to the store, explained my problems and no issues with a replacement

Contacted AOC directly and they confirmed this model doesn’t have speakers. Best Buy support double down saying the item does have speakers wasting your time even more give people misleading advice how to get the non existence speakers to work! Will shop elsewhere.

Instead of having a local solution, my poor little computer had to go to Houston and wait out a huge hurricane. Insult to injury! Buy the extra coverage and be treated much better if and when something goes wrong.
