It’s always great to have geek squad by your side in case of any trouble the warrant may not cover. It gives you peace of mind.

Total Rip Off. Scam. Zero Need to purchase this; it will not cover anything that even just looks -like accidental damage -despite the sales clerk saying it would cover it like a small screen crack to sell me this useless insurance. 3 months into using the product - somehow a crack formed in the screen (i absolutely never touched it) but was told very dismissively by the Geek Squad tech they won't even look at it. the very lousy attitudes by geek squad techs at pentagon city is a different concern all together. Worse decision ever to go ahead with the recommended coverage plan.

I always buy warranty with everything I buy they never question you if anything goes wrong with your product

Picture quality is the best Ive had. Refresh rate is great for gaming. Easy hook up, plug and play.

Insurance is always purchased with electronic products... cause more times than not it ACTUALLY is USED!

There's nothing like Backing up or products Best protection you can get for any electronics that you purchase at Best Buy If you ever need service replacement assistance this is the best thing you can do they will always have your back

Haven’t had to use the geeks in a few years but having the protection is a great add on. They do great work either way.

So far I haven't had to use this service, but it is a comfort feeling to know if anything happens to the product that it will be repaired or replace at no charge.

Purchased the protection coverage in case there is a problem with the product. It is better to be safe than not.

Good plan to have, does what it says and helpful when you need it.

I love getting the warranties with Best Buy because if anything happens it’s easy for you to get credit towards a new one if it’s covered

new laptop for my daughters house warming, sounds great to have some peace of mind for protection!

I like how you can fix it right there in a store if they can't fix it you get a new one and you can pick it out that day.
