I first began using the Geek Squad for in-home help YEARS ago! I am a very elderly person and having someone so competent/skilled/friendly as these wonderful helpers is a priceless need for me. I HAVE been known to screw things up, and sometimes my screwups require personal help. For me to be able to call and get advice or a solution over the phone is often all that I need, but when I need in-home help these folks are SUPER! My current closest helper, Josh, has helped me several times since I moved into my retirement resident apartment, and he has been truly marvelous. It never has taken him a really prolonged time to figure out what to do and his pleasant explanations to ME as he works along make me feel like I'm part of the solution. Using the Geek Squad is an really economically sound investment for me.

The best accidental damage policy! This has helped to protect many of my monitors.

Been using this for over a year now. The picture quality it can achieve is great, but the software is frustratingly slow, tedious, and glitchy. The monitor's remote has buttons for 4 different streaming services...but no button to change input. Too many extra features like this while missing or complicating basic ones. In 2026 you can find better for $350+. Only worth considerating on deep sale and for connecting a single device.

I love electronics and Best Buy is my go-to source for all of my electronic needs. I need to return something they are very helpful and nice. Their team knows exactly how to take care of their customers.

I almost always get the Geek Squad Protection plans on my devices, and everytime I use it Im grateful. Dont have to fight with the manufacturers overseas troubleshooting centers, or pay to ship out large boxes and wait weeks or months on end for a replacement. I just call Geek Squad or go in store and get it handled.

Very hassle free, just bring in the old product and they give you another.

This is a must for all items purchased at Best Buy, Years ago I bought a Samsung Q70 75 inch TV without geek squad protection and horizontal lines came out and TV was damaged

Anytime I have problems with hookup or just questions about any items, they are so helpful and patient to make sure the customer has full use of their product.

This purchase was a great investment. Added it to a monitor I purchased for my college student. His monitor got bumped and knocked off the desk. The screen was damaged and he was devastated. He took it to Best Buy and and a replacement the same day. Accidents happen, so glad we were prepared for it.

After 3 and a half years I used my 4 year geek squad protection for my monitor and was able to get in store credit for the value of the monitor. They kindly offered for me to choose a new monitor but I decided to go with the in store credit. They didn't offer cash straight up but the warranty was worth it. Since the warranty covers wear and tear, my monitors ports were lose and didn't work at times and when I explained it to the best buy employee they understood and gave me the credit. Not accidental protection! Only wear and tear.

I highly suggest this monitor. So easy to hook up and has made my life of working at home AMAZING!
