I opened up the box which appeared to be brand new, but there were old components with masking tape and handwriting on them. I was unable to assemble it and missed the return window - clearly my fault but that just sucks. Now I'm stuck with this crappy monitor. Not very happy. I'll try to work with the geek squad to get it assembled and hopefully I can make it work. I'm not holding my breath

Geek Squad, is always good to have when you purchase any item, irrespective of the cost price of the item, we don't know how and when a item behave after the initial warranty...i have used Geek squad once for my previous purchases.

I would recommend the geek squad replacement plans for piece of mind. TV is an expensive item and this is a good insurance policy.

I purchased this last fall and I have a 4 year replacement and the power button is damaged so it won’t turn on and when it did I wasn’t able to select right input. Do I get a replacement if I return it
