I've bought this for several different things through best buy but this was the first time I had to use it. I was moving stuff around while remodeling my computer room. I dropped my router onto my 32" Dell gaming Monitor cracking the screen all the way down the middle. Luckily I had purchased this warranty and it was super simple to get a replacement. I just walked in told them what happened then they told me to pick out another monitor or I could get the exact same one. I choose one that was in stock and got a $30 refund and a better monitor! I will forever purchase this warranty having two young kids running around.

I used the Geek Squad one time in the past, they came out to the house and observed dead pixels in my television display. Long story short, I ended up with a different display and am MUCH HAPPIER!

Being able to get a replacement for when things break and not having to deal with the RMA process is such an amazing offering from Best Buy and why I still buy the majority of my hardware (especially monitors) from Best Buy.
