Honestly, I usually pass on buying the add protections. However, any questions or issues they were there to support me in my time of need. Knowledge, sharp and courteous. Definitely worth it.

Beautiful screen, plenty of smart apps, great for coding. The big drawback is the input “sensing” Can be downright terrible or slow at best. Sometimes it works right away, other times if you wake up your laptop it could take 15-30 seconds to connect. Samsung could do much better. The slightly older model number was unusable, but this model at least works.

Got the protection plan for my Alienware 34dwf. Recommend buying from Best Buy instead of dell. Best Buy will replace your item with a brand new one, dell with give you a slightly used open box.

Geek Squad is lit, Geek Squad 4 year protection/replacement plan is even more lit.

I always opt for getting my tech from Best Buy becuase of their great warranty program. I'm so pleased with their customer service and consistency every time!

Most of the time I don't purchase product replacement guarantees because a great quality product shouldn't need one. These product replacement guarantees are so low in price and offer so much in return that it seems almost silly not to spend the extra $5 or $10 on them. In the past, guarantees cost $20 or $30 dollars and that's way too much for quality product. I'm a satisfied customer with this purchase.

Monitor worked great ,My girlfriend and I are both music producers/engineers and use the monitor when working on music we love that we’re able to switch through the laptop and monitor screens

Nothing yet but I have a peace of mind especially with getting an OLED monitor that’s prone to burn in. I know with this I won’t have to worry about burn in at all for 4 years. Great price!

I love that for only about an extra $30, I’m able to get my item fixed or replaced. An extra warranty on top of the factory-issued one. I hope I would not need to use it, but I’m glad I have the backup just in case.

Honestly a lot happens in 4 years you don't think of. After about 3 years I started hearing weird noises in my computer brought it in they replaced all the fans. The great thing about the protection plan is they help you even for small things that minor changes will make it just right.
