everyone should buy a geek squad plan. the manufactures warranty is terrible in comparison

Excellent Customer Care, I would recommend G Squad to all appliance since everything have a computer and it will be extremely expensive to repair

Got it as a gift and was the best gift. Good for gaming and watching movies. And love that you can put a insurance for 4 years if anything happens.

When you can live worry free a few years after a couple grand investment, you should. Never a hassle and always take care of. Even 24 hours before expiration. Worth it for bug investment folks.

Always opt for this, you never know what’ll happen. They are reliable and fast.

The customer service I receive from my Protection Plan, from Geek Squad, is excellent. About every three months I use their 800 number for the purposes of having them take over my computer and clean all the viruses, malwares, adwares, etc., off of my computer. Occasionally, I have a specific issue with settings, or Outlook, and they are always accommodating in helping me resolve the issue. For the price, I feel I get a very good return on my investment.

I added the extended warranty for added reassurance for my gaming monitor which gives me many years of comfort knowing if something goes wrong that I can get this monitor taken care of.

Haven’t used. Purchased to protect the product in the event something happened.

No matter what I always get a protection plan just in case. I’ve had it on an older laptop and it got crushed. Well it was not able to be fixed so I received the amount I paid for it back.

I recommend getting Geek Squad. I never had any problems with the service at all.

I’ve made the mistake of buying electronics elsewhere and always get the run around. Only buying from Best Buy simply because of geek squad! Spend the extra couple bucks it’s worth it!

The viewing angle is bad but the curve helps. The stand is very basic. Some screen tearing during games. It is an ok monitor for the price.

the only gripe with this warranty is the lack of accidental coverage, but then again I hope you aren't carrying around your monitor everywhere and that its sitting safely and comfortable on your desk and anything. Get this warranty though unless you plan on replacing your monitor after a short amount of time anyway.

They do exactly what they say. They are courteous and somewhat knowledgeable.
