[Employee of bestbuy] Easy swap on site, for in home they come and inspect then decide to allow to keep or return the product. if theres a replacement you get that or a junkout store credit for the value i spent.

Having a Geek Squad Protection plan means not having to worry about budget when an unforeseen service is needed. More important if they can fix it they will replace it. Nice to have special treatment when you have a Service Plan. Not that you won't get service but you can tell.

Easily the best money you will spend on the 4 years replacement plan. If you have any problems just bring it in and get it exchanged or even store credit if you didn't enjoy using it

Haven’t had any issues using my warranty yet. I just go to the customer service area and they take care of everything with no hassle

Excellent monitor for my graphic design shop. The quality and size are impressive. Purchased a Geek Squad 4 yr. Warranty knowing they will stand behind my investment.

I hate running out of my house when I'm working on a project in something goes wrong with my computer system and therefore having Geek Squad work remotely not only is convenient it saves me time and I get my service right away without having to wait for an appointment

For the price, you can not beat this monitor. It is lightweight but it doesn't feel cheap. The picture is great. Vivid and clear. I might buy another one!

I don’t typically purchase product insurance, but at only $15 per year, this four year coverage makes good sense when you factor in the extent of the full replacement policy, even if only a pixel or two goes out!

I recommend getting Geek Squad. I never had any problems with the service at all.

Do protection plan how are you supposed to review a protection plan their fair we priced and they honor them providing that you get the one that’s for Best Buy and you do the direct exchange and stuff don’t go for a cheaper of the plans because then you’ll run into issues

I haven't needed to use it for this purchase yet but have always had great service with the Geek Squad protection plans in the past. It's worth every penny you pay for the service you get in return! I definitely recommend getting the protection for your electronics... life happens.
