On a nearly $500 Asus monitor, spending $79 for an extended 4 year warranty seems like a logical choice. The manufacturer warranty is three years, but the Bestbuy warranty is probably more comprehensive. The monitor is UHD 4K with a built-in usb hub, so it's a fairly complex piece of equipment.

The fact that I havent had to use this automatically gets 5 stars. But if I were to need it i think its amazing that it offers replacement.

They do exactly what they say. They are courteous and somewhat knowledgeable.

Great thing to add on for any products can take it in and have them fix it or get a new one

Buy the warranty!!! It’s cheap and 4 years worry free!!! If they can’t fix it, they replace it for equipment of the same value!!! This is the ONLY store I buy extended warranties!! Why!? Because they actually do exactly as they said they would if something happens!!! No fine print Loop holes! GET THE WARRANTY!!!

Having the Geek Squad protection plan ensures that if anything happens to my screen, I'll be taken care of! This provides a worry free aspect and makes my use of the product even better!

Good price for protection! Haven't had to use it thankfully, but the price is great!

Purchased Best Buy's GSP to cover my Samsung Odyssey Neo G9. I've purchased Best Buy's GSP on other high ticket items in the past and have always enjoyed their coverage for a reasonable price.

I took out the extended warranty for a inexpensive HP monitor since I got the monitor for so cheap. Little did I know that the HP 20.7" monitor would work perfect and keep working for an extended time. My monitor is on all day, everyday since I'm retired. Good luck with trying to find a better warranty.

this was a hefty price tag - but after using, its never going back. coming from a DELL 3415w - i am using that as a second monitor and this as primary. the difference is quite amazing: super clear, larger, motion is perfect in FPS games, picture is superb - i would say this is worth what i paid. very happy and would recommend.

Best Store and Best Warranties for ALL products that's why I continue to shop at Best Buy over all other electronic stores because these warranties will replace your product or give you your money back instead of working on a defective product.

If anything happens is nice to know i have the squad to help. Hopeing this Asus monitor is flawless for years to come!

This gaming monitor has performed beautifully for the first year. I enjoy the quality and image clarity. Today, it has developed a small section of black pixels. This is going to be taken care of with my extended warranty. I would purchase this same monitor again.

I'm sure this is a great service, its kind of like car insurance, if you don't wreck your car then you don't ever use it, you have it for JIC? I feel better knowing that I have it for my sons PS5 jic it gets knocked over or quits working for some random reason? Better safe than sorry.
