I always purchase the extended warranty through Geek Squad on all electronics and appliances I purchase at Best Buys. It is a major reason why I shop at Best Buys before looking anywhere else. Geek Squad gives me the piece of mind that if something goes wrong, I am covered.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Geek Squad at both the Altamonte Springs and Sanford stores. I called because my Samsung monitor is having issues — it’s not displaying pixels correctly, G-Sync does not connect properly. I clearly explained that I had purchased the Geek Squad Product Replacement plan, and expected a replacement option as promised. Instead, I was met with bad attitudes and was told they would only replace my monitor with the exact same model, and that I could not choose another monitor even if I paid the difference. When I asked for store credit, as outlined in the terms of the replacement plan, they told me it would need “approval” from them. This is not what the plan describes, and it feels like they were intentionally making the process difficult instead of honoring the replacement policy. I paid for a replacement plan — not a repair plan — and I expect Geek Squad to follow through on the terms of that agreement. The lack of professionalism and willingness to help was very disappointing.

For the price you pay it is a great monitor. Stand does not have height adjustment, keep that in mind.

This was a great purchase. The video and audio works nicely amd is clear.

I never had to use it yet, but knowing that I have peace of mind if and when something goes wrong goes a long way. As a teacher who teaches remotely, I can not be without my product for more than a day or even hours.

A necessary evil you buy but hope never need especially on expensive items!

Geek squad has been there for me when I need help. The service is great for warranty. I always but it with high end products.

This is a no brainer on high end equipment or equipment you use every day. I purchased my 40+ inch computer monitor from Best Buy and only Best buy so i could get the 4 Year Geek Squad product Replacement.

Definitely worth getting, my monitor randomly started going dark and I was able to get it replaced very easily.

Perfect for working at home. Great clarity not just because of the size. It comes with an HDMI cable, so no need to buy one. The box doesn’t say it has one.

Geek squad is definitively worth the tiny extra cost! Would highly recommend!

terrific bargain about coverage and excellent service

The agents from Best Buy installed my new treadmill with no issues. 4-year added Geek Squad protection included all parts and labor, no future worries at all. This added coverage plan is a great way to product your investment.

Love this monitor. Works great I got it as an additional work monitor. The only thing I wish it had was a USB port.

Always have to have geek squad protection anything happens take it back for repair or replacement for same or lower price product on the spot

We have luckily not had to use our geek squad warranty on newer purchases but we were grateful we had it with our TV a few years ago. Our TV quit working and due to the extended warranty we were able to get a new TV at no cost to us. I always recommend it, especially on large purchases!
