Great protection for only a little cost unlike other sites this is why i shop with best buy.

I recently purchased two of these monitors and one works as expected and has decent color accuracy. The second however does not produce enough black and I am not able to match it to the other one. I will be returning the washed out monitor for a replacement and hope for the best.

Didn't use the protection in this instance because I ended up returning the product, but I was pleased to see they refunded the price of the plan (pro rata) without me having to ask. This, along with the plus membership benefits actually have me shopping at best buy for my electronics instead of online at other stores or amazon.

My wife and I gave it to our Grandson which in college . It worked perfectly for his needs. He will be a junior this Year.

Extended warranty has always saved me and been extremely useful

Geek squad as has been so good to me, anytime I have a issue they repair the issue or give me a new one. The always have a answer to my 5000 questions, also are very proactive with communicating when my product is ready for pickup after repair.
