To compliment a monitor purchase. Living in Florida, just one surge and it's gone. Hopefully don't have to use replacement part of contract but now we're covered.

Have not had to use it yet and hope I will not have to. It is nice to have if the monitor does break down tho.

I had one of these for a monitor that broke and they gave me most of my money back after I took it in. It had a bad HDMI port.

I bought the monitor with thr geek protection because the representative stated all damages were included. I even asked if it protected cracked screen and the rep said yes. I went ahead and purchased the protection. Well guess what, the screen to the monitor cracked so my son drove 40 minutes to an available best buy ans the employye there stated that the damage screen is not under the protection plan. I feel like Best Buy be scamming people. Its not worth geeting the Geek aquad protection when its not going to cover anything. What a joke!

Don't regret buying this protection. I buy a ton of electronics and delicate products overall. Worth the peace of mind.

It's a bit of insurance on a product that costs as much as a household appliance. Why wouldn't you buy it? I would highly recommend purchasing this added piece of mind.

My 27 inch Omen monitor that I paid 500$ for is now insured for four years. Can't beat that.

i haven't used the service, but i like to have piece of mind in case something goes wrong.

20 dollars for 4 years of protection is great. Having to deal with the manufacturer for the first year sucks, and best buy needs to change that, but other than that, not bad.

Good plan to have, does what it says and helpful when you need it.
