The Geek Squad 4 year extended warranty is very reasonably priced. most high tech devices are not really repairable so this is good piece of mind if your device fails. The Geek Squad replaced my 50" Samsung TV a year ago when the warranty covered repair failed, A few months ago my nearly new HP printer broke internally, and was replaced with no hassles. The only cost to me was the renewal cost on the warranty.

My tv in the bedroom was not working properly, I call Geek Squad and the following week they run some tests and because it was under warranty they reimbursed me for a new tv. Very happy with their service

I’m a gamer and I gotta say that the curve changed my life! Being able to see the whole screen without having to turn my neck is a game changer! I Play Apex Legends and I saw a big improvement in my gameplay with this monitor highly recommend!

Are you freaking kidding me ?? I love Geek squad - best 200 bucks a year...fixed my computers, our printers and the service is top-notch. I just wish they had more workers--there is always a line and their scheduling of 20 min just never seems to be enough. :) I repeat buy this every year and I tell all my friends ... 9 times out of 10 they can fix my stuff online! I start about 10pm ... and let the off shore people work all night ... in the morning...hot running computer! Perfect!

So far so good. What they offer seems to be legit for the price you pay. We will see if a claim needs to be paid

What can I say here. This place is great if they replace it with a brand new one. But not if they’re fixing it they do not have the skills knowledge Or training To fix anything. Geek squad likes the training and knowledge on how to work electronics. Would not recommend anyone taking anything to be repaired to them. But this is great warranty If your item breaks and then replace it with a brand new one

The replacement warranty is must for all my electronics I purchase, and with the outstanding warranty best buy offers its no brainer. I have never had an issue with getting products exchanged and or refunded in the years I have shopped with them.

Just get the protection plan for your devices for worst case scenario that it breaks or fails later

A really good extended warranty plan for 4 years if anything happens it is covered and will be fix and or replaced

The replacement plan for this expensive of a device is well worth it. I used mine 2 years after I bought it, the cat attacked my monitor. My $500 monitor. Went through da Squad as the youngsters like to say. They fixed me up rite quick fam, no cap. Ya Feel me? Da squad will always have your back if you pay your dues son.

Geek squad is the way to go for expensive electronics that are hard to repair.

If there is one thing that is dependable, at some point in your computer's life, it's going to need help you won't be able to provide. I can build my own computer from scratch, but when push comes to shove, I want to know that I am covered. There is nothing more frustrating that running into an issue that isn't your fault but you have to pay for nonetheless because something went wrong. I have had to use the product replacement warranty before and it is worth every penny! I will ALWAYS purchase it when buying a computer from Best Buy!

It was alright, functioned unless you wiggle the cord. It turns off and stays off for minute if you do that.
