Good to know i have geek squad just in case i have any issues

I have had two occasions for which I needed help. Iin both of those instances was treated respectfully, and given competent advice.

This is the second time, that I am disappointed with the geek squad service. I went to the store, after speaking to a member from the geek squad to pick up my new computer. They did not inform me I had to sign up for a number to be serviced. I arrived and waiting around as my representative, ignored me too busy with another customer. It was late in the evening. Another customer walked in and after I had waited for approx. 30 mins on line, he took the customer that had just arrived before me because he had a number and I did not. This was very upsetting, I was not informed of this process and it was getting later. I had my child with me, she was restless, it was a school night, and I expected to have been serviced as I came in because I spoke with the representative, he did not say you will have to wait, or you should take a number so we can service you correctly. When I interupted him to ask him what was happening, he was even ruder than ignorning me. I was even more upset and cancelled my purchase.

Geek squad is always there to save the day. There are countless times I've thought I was out of luck, but then geek squad swoops in!

I bought this as an insurance policy if something happens to my printer I know it will be serviced.

Worth the price. Of course, it's a gamble but my daughter is tough on her electronics.
