    The Geek Squad gave me directions on how to get my wireless printer set up and connected. They were very patient with me as I attempted to find "my other left."

    Get the repalcement warranty

    I always get the extended warranty on products I buy from BEST BUY. Number one, they are expensive. And two, they are hard to replace. It is simply insurance and whenever I can buy insurance for a high dollar item I get it because I don't want to have to buy it twice.

    iPad battery replacement

    My my 5 year old iPad Air 2 needed a new battery. Geek Squad sent it in to Apple for replacement. I ended up receiving a brand new iPad of the same model. I restored the data and everything works great. Very satisfied.

    The protection although I have not had to use of the most recent purchase has always been exceptional. when using the coverage in the past, I have been satisfied with the product replacement

    Purchased this when buying my new Macbook Pro. Price for 2 Year Plan was less than buying all required services a la carte. Geek Squad representative was very nice and helpful. He explained all services, keep me informed, and explain possible future services.

    Joel has been responsive and helpful, with a very difficult situation with our remotes. He's called back as soon as he's able, and been very clear in his instructions. The problem we've had, I think, stems from the fact that the remote with our cable box seems to not work well in conjunction with a sound bar we purchased.

    Geek Squad was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They were up front with the price of any repairs needed. I love the remote service when its just a software problem. I have been using it for years now & found it to be a godsend.

    Protection plans are always a Bonus. I would never purchase a higher priced item without receiving a protection plan.

    If you need them, don't call the store, because they will give you a 1-800 number to call. If they can't take care of it over the phone quickly they will want to send out a tech which will cost you $$$. Best thing to do is take it back to where you bought it and let them fix it or replace it in store. that way it costs you nothing. It is worth it to have the insurance and it doesn't cost much so always go ahead and get it.

    THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR DOLLAR OF ALL THE MANY ITEMS PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED BY THE GEEK SQUAD, EITHER IN OHIO OR IN FLORIDA.

    Love this program. I have had to use it twice and they did replace one of them. The only problem is that they give you what you paid for it and the item was not available at that price. So I had to pay more for the replacement
