This warranty is always good to get. With the printer being expensive I figured it was a good idea.

I always get Geek Squad protection for my purchases. Best Buy is the best place to buy devices and other home items.

Need to rely on more warranty support then manufacturers warranty. Feel safe knowing that I am covered.

as far as i know best buy will replace anything threw there warranty. with item they have in stock or will order it for you

The warranty provided (at cost) is a fantastic deal, Best Buy either fixes, refunds your money or lets you choose another device and pay any differences.

The 4 year free protection is wonderful if the geek squad can’t fix it then it’screplaced

This protection plan is great. I've gotten it for other products and if a problem arises, Best Buy makes sure they'll get it fixed or give you a new one.

So far so good no problems with appliances just yet for me to complain about.

I had a problem with my camera and the tech was very helpful and polite when helping my trouble shoot the problem

although i tend to not buy any extended or additional warranty, i did in this case as this secondary printer would not be supported by my company's it department. As i would like the printer quickly fixed/replaced in the event it broke down, i added the product replacement plan.

I had not been a fan of the Geek Squad in the past but my friends sy it is worth it and they have never had a issue when bringing in a uni for service or replacement.

I always get the extended warrenty, Best buy They go above and beyond at my local store

After waiting quite a while for Geek Sauad agent, I was pleased to have him get my printer all connected and working well.
