It is a great product. I should have gotten the Geek Squad to come through and set it up for my wife. I was set back by some of the things "I had to do." (Set up, passwords and other need to do's)

Haven’t had to use this insurance yet but nice to know it’s there as printers can malfunction and usually have problems that are beyond servicing by users.

I have used a replacement guarantee on a iPad case in the past. I broke twice and each time I was able to replace it without any hassles, great job Geek squad!!

Not much to say about this except that it works as advertised. They took my faulty product and exchanged for gift cards which i used to purchase something else.

These guys are available almost whenever I get panic stricken because of my ignorance.

I tried to use it to exchange headphones so I could get a different kind but because I didn't have one little connectir piece or the instruction booklet I couldn't do it. It was kind of annoying at first but then they let me swap out the main portion which was what was broken

I recently purchased a new front loading washer and a new refrigerator. Due to the replacement cost of these applicances I decided to get the replacement polices. Have not had to use them yet (a good thing). But I think that the cost of the replacement policies were reasonable.

I will always buy a replacement warranty I haven’t needed it but the peace of mind is perfect
