    The warranty is great. i had an issue with the product, brought it in and was given a brand new printer. . I t is well worth the money.

    I purchased this protection, as I always do with my technology that I get at Best Buy. Had some trouble with the printer not connecting to the computer, and they said they could help. I would have to purchase a protection plan, and that mine didn't cover this. First time I have EVER had trouble with my Geek squad! They have always helped me in the past when my printer and computer were not connecting, and for some reason, this time they wouldn't.

    I would get this on anything that has value. Gopro went bad, they replaced it. Portable printer went bad, they refunded. You can't lose.
