Great purchase, fast printing, very quiet. Its been 5 months and the ink still i. Good shape

When our much appreciated HP home printer suffered an unexpected mechanical issue recently we were fortunate to take it back and replace it with an updated version, no questions asked, because we had purchased the 4 year warranty. We thanked our lucky stars that we had made this decision. The relatively small additional cost was more than covered by the value of the new, updated version.

The one thing I can count on in all my purchases at Best Buy is, if you have the Geek Squad protection, you are golden if something happens to your product. I have NEVER had a problem bring something back the malfunctioned. I repeat, NEVER! Best thing going if you get something electronic.

This printer is Amazing!!! I transitioned from the cartridges just to try and when I tell you, I will never Go Back!! My ink has lasted the 2 years, I have printed over 1000photos... Nice purchase, no issues...

Geek squad is the best option to protect your items purchased in Best Buy.

I purchased this protection for my new printer. I'm hoping I don't need to use it, but I have peace of mind if something goes wrong.

I purchased the warranty and 6 months later my item started acting up and wouldn’t function properly. They told me to bring it in and they will take care of everything. I get to my store expecting to have to wait 6-8 weeks but since I purchased BB warranty they gave me a new one and said I don’t have to wait they will handle any repairs for my old one and returns to the manufacture that’s all part of the contract and my warranty is still good from the date of purchase!!! Awesome!!!

I'm so thankful we purchased this. The manufacturer warranty ran out, and about two months later the scanner quit working. My local Best Buy told me to go get another printer off the shelf! So easy!

I have had more bad luck with printers over the past couple of years. Lightning strike fried every printer in our house. Brought the printers in to Best Buy and they replaced all of them with no charge because of the warranty. (I repurchased a new warranty on each). Then the replacement models (3) all broke before their two year warranty was up. Again, Best Buy's extended warranty saved me a significant amount of money. No hassles or problems, I brought the printer in, told them what was wrong, they verified the warranty and sent me to pick out another printer.

I got the protection for my printer that really sucks, so it’ll be nice when it stops working to be able to get it fixed or get a new one. Printers are SO unreliable and so poorly manufactured, so I would highly recommend buying protection for them. I own tons of electronics and never buy protection, except for my printers. I’ve lost too much money to broken printers.

I bought the Greek Squad package to cover my product should any service be needed, along with my extra toner packages.

Geek squad is very knowledgeable when it comes to products and services. Their customer service makes you feel calm and optimistic.

I had a Rival 650 mouse but the glue that held on the pads started doing weird things. The pads would slide around and the glue would squish out a bit and collect dust. All I had to do was bring in the mouse, the usb and cable to the geek squad counter at Bestbuy, explained the situation, and they took the pieces (even though I was missing a couple of the weights), and gave me store credit. I'm getting their protection for everything I get at Bestbuy from now on.

This 2 Year Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan was purchased for about $10 during same transaction when buying Gaming Headset many years ago. It actually proves to be useful when our Logitech G930 Wireless Gaming Headset broke just a couple days before the 2 year Geek Squad warranty expires. We happened to be lucky as the warranty was still valid when the expensive Gaming Headset malfunctioned. It was quite easy to exchange for replacement product. Would not recommend for low to medium priced items. Would highly recommend for more expensive electronic items.
