    Don't waste ur money called for my printer stopped working right and they said in order for them to help me with the process I have to pay 79.oo on top of this service already paid for.....so what's the point of buy this service when I still have to pay more just for them to tell me I need a new printer smh than on top of it all I speak to someone in India who barely speaks English by god!

    I had to return product 3 times each time had to purchase new plan. This is crazy. It was within 5 days.
