    Daughter loves this printer, has worked great until now. When it prints it’s off the lines and garbled so thank goodness I purchased geek squad!

    The agent spent 5 hours with me and couldn't get the printer attached to my laptop. I felt bad for him since he tried really hard. The printer will be going back to Best Buy.

    It really is worth buying the 2 year protection plan. Anything can happen in 2 years and this is a good insurance plan for those reasons.
