This insurance is worth it because if something goes wrong with your printer they can fix it

I bought the 2 year Geek Squad protection plan for $13. I thought the price was reasonable .

This is a good printer that does an average job. I had to call tech support to get it hooked up because it was not picking up my wifi in the house for some reason. Once hooked up though its done a great job. My only beef with it is the scanner. Sometimes it will not scan to the computer, says the connection is not there. I think it has more to do with my wifi though then the printer itself. I would recommend.

So right before the big shutdown. Glad to have this in place.

Geek squad is nice to have in case something breaks down. There is always peace of mind.

While I have used the Geek Squad on 3 separate occasion and they were able to solve my problem it is very time consuming. On one occasion taking 5 hours. I do ask they please do not change any of my setting and each time something I have come to depend on has been changed. I guess that has to be a trade off to get problems fixed????? I wish there was a maybe in suggesting to a friend.
