    Hadn’t had to use it yet but seems pretty good. Wish my printer would break so I could try this geek squad warranty.

    When a replacement warranty be sure to know what type you are getting. Best Buy seem to have two type. One is just a manufacture extended warranty and the other is just a damage warranty.

    The printer I purchased had a faulty print head. When I purchased the item, I was told "if they can't fix it, they'll replace it". Didn't even try to fix it. Was less than 3 months into a 4 year replacement plan and now it's void. Would have thought a brand new printer would have been covered under manufacture's warranty at least.

    What is the Value of a Geek Squad Protection Plan?

    Bought a lot of "Geek Squad" protections for different products. Forgot about them. Have never used the protection because the products purchased haven't failed. Almost a waste of money.

    Difficult to get through and find a rep who can help with printer issues. Tried calling, online chatting, and it seemed to go into circles. The wait time is long.

    Didn't really care for the replacement, because if something happens in the first 6 months after the return has expired it ca only be used once. Not really glad I purchased this.

    Nothing bt problems with TV and Geek Squad. They kept it for little two weeks and gave it back tome with same problem. I took suggestion of the employee to buy another TV to use during the down time. They told me there wouldn't be a problem in returning it. They were partially right. I was able to return it but they charged me 20% restocking fee

    I have not had an opportunity to use the product protection programs I have purchased so I have difficulty with giving my opinions as to how effective they may be.

    Geek squad is trying to renew..

    I am trying to verify that my account should not be renewed. I keep getting messages that it will be renewed..I want to cancel renewal. I can't seem to check this request and insure that you do not renew this contract...I am downsizing and can no longer afford to have this..Why do I keep getting messages that they will automatically renew??

    To buy or not to buy...

    Have not had to use it so only selected 3 stars. Still have about 18 months to go. One of those things if you don't purchase you need it but if you purchased it you don't need it. Another way to gamble with your money.

    on some items purchased this is a waste of money because you have to take it to the store then they send it to the manufacture and u have to go and pick it up. which you can do yourself with your warranty from the manufacture

    They were not able to put in simple terms the problems I was having with this headset . It was not entirely their fault because I am somewhat deficit in electronics knowledge.

    I had purchased this printer due to an employee telling me it would fit my Apple computer so I can print my homework but it was the wrong printer. Check it's compatible to your computer before purchasing it.

    Bought this to cover the head phones. Was told it covers everything even accidental breakage. Son sat on head Phones and broke the Head strap. Best Buy and Geek Squad both refused to repair or replace them.

    This product replacement offered by Best Buy should prove useful given the fact the product I purchased will most likely be discontinued in the near future for reasons attributed to flaws in manufacturing

    When getting the protection plan, its almost a gamble as to whether or not you will use it. As of today, I have never had to make a claim with geek squad so I am unfamiliar with the process.
