So I got this to cover and iPad case and keyboard combo. And so worth it cuz I already used it to replace the keyboard when it stopped working after a few months

Its ok, it just eats up so much ink. I wish I got a different brand or even a laser printer. for the price, you get what you paid for.

Called to setup printer but they didn't have a clue what they were doing either. We asked nicely for them to disconnect to our computer but they didn't want to. Eventually we figured it out on our own and gave them credit so they would disconnect from our computer.

Bought this service for my laptop when I went to get the battery replaced was quoted 3 weeks.... I am not sure where they are getting these batteries from but I would have to assume somebody is sending it by foot and boat from china in order to get it here. Not sure why they can't order the new battery to the store and just have me pick it up or bring my laptop in. I need my PC for work.

My experience with geek squad has always been sub-par. But this warranty for my Western Digital Easy Store 4TB was only 8 bucks and I felt it was necessary considering WD’s track record.

Well, I'm not sure this was necessary. I haven't needed it, looks like I probably won't. It;s all plastic but fairly sturdy. If I don't drop it, my purchase of the extra warrant was probably a waste.

Seems like a nice add on, but ive heard some problems with geek squad never dealt with them personally however

I called 3x last night to the geek Squad and was told the third time that in order to tell me it don't print real pictures of need to bring it in for a $99 charge. I thought that's what I was paying for. Well, I am paying for that help why pay more?

We normally do not add this but our old printer died before two years. We carry it with us when we travel and decided to insure this one. The price on the printer itself was good on sale.

Great headset for 100 bucks i will be going in today to get a replacement because the speakers are crackling and is hurting my ears sound quality is great on it tho after about 3 months

Have not use this item yet so I'm not quite sure how to review it. I guess it's nice to know that you have peace of mind it you have an issue.

Warning! Do NOT waste your money on these worthless protection plans. They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life, and you will be prevented at every attempt to actually USE your plan when the product breaks in less than a year.

I am a firm believer in not paying for new things twice just because they aren't made well (or if you have a clumsy son). Get the protection (unless the product is less than $15).

Most times I don't a problem returning or getting my electronics repaired or replaced. I will always purchase the replacement plan! The geek squad is always nice, professional and helpful.

Never had to use the Geek Squad service. Purchase on something that has bad reviews and you think you might need it. Only time I would recommend.

Buy something else. I bought this hoping it would do everything I needed. I have an HP laptop, so I figured it would work best to get a HP printer. Was I wrong. lf you want to print and scan, well that requires two different pieces of software that can't be installed at the same time, so you can print OR scan. Not both. And it doesn't copy multiple pages very well, always jamming. So I have a single sheet copy machine. What a waste.

This warranty was only an additional $10. I figured it was worth the extra to have it covered and the amount of use I am planning. Haven’t had to utilize it yet though.

I just purchased the printer and have not made a claim but it is one of the cheaper priced for what the employee said would be covered. Hopefully I will not really need it.
