Called the store where the printer and geek squad service was purchased and they told me that they couldn't help me. No reasons to why.

I had repair work done on this printer 4/14/21 and i purchased it 1/15/21. it didn't make it one year from the date of purchased. On top of this i missed the date on 2 best buy rewards and was told they would not be re-issued. I spent alot of money from best buy through the years and to miss the date and not be given or re-issued any reward dollars is totally wrong. I AM cutting up my best buy card because it doesn't do any special benefits to me ... a word to the wise....use you other major credit cards that earn you money back WITHOUT AN EXPIRATION DATE1

Great cover program for things that break, but does not cover stolen. It is about the same cost to insure your item under your home owners or renters insurance and they cover theft.

I purchased this all-in-one printer to work from home due to the Covid-19 virus. The document feeder does not work. Using the scanner/document feed was the whole reason I purchased this printer. I have another printer available, but needed the scan functionality. Will be attempting to return. If you need a scanner with document feed, do not purchase this all-in-one.

There's nothing really then can do that you cant do yourself by googling. But if you do that feel like fixing your own stuff they're a good alternative. Pricey though.

It was suggested I buy this by the sells man. I hope this is a purchase that doesn't need to be used. I have bought warranties from Best Buy before and got great service with it.

As I explained in the review of our new remote, it is not reliable. does this product replacement form mean I can get another one?

**DO NOT BUY IF ONLINE CUSTOMER** IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. THEY WON'T SERVICE YOUR ITEM UNLESS YOU BRING IT TO A STORE. IF YOU DON'T LIVE CLOSE TO A STORE YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK AND YOU'VE PAID FOR NOTHING.

Not worth getting the extended warrantly unless it is broke I guess. Geek only helps if you have a contract with them

They never give you any service. Once you sign up and if you want their service, they will ask additional. and they never get any job done on-time - I say this is a fraud.

I really haven’t used their services yet. So let’s see what happens when I do have to use them. Stay tuned.

Nothing memorable witb this purchase, it was a gift to someone.

The printer was amazing when it was working but had trouble just a year after purchasing.

I purchased this warranty but ended up cancelling it. Printer was half the cost so wasnt worth it for me

bought it and never got to use it. Some people think that's a good thing. Some think it's bad. Im indifferent.

Need assistance with printer that doesn’t perform well

If you're buying something for a kid, or something that you don't want to have to buy again if it breaks: then protect yo stuff. Get the protection plan.

Recent purchase with a printer at $6 for 2 years so I though why not. Will see what happens within that time if something breaks

i am glad i bought the insurance for wf3720- a great printer but a ink sucker which is draining ink faster than producing work.
