It’s working fine but spend too much on the inks now

I don’t love geek squad protection. I’ve just had issues in the past, but they always find a way to make it up to you.

Geek Squad has been hit or miss in terms of service level. I do still purchase the service for most of my valuable BB products.

Do I get Best Buy points for reviewing this? I’ve never had problems in the past with the warranties offered by Best Buy

I never used so I don't know how good they are but the customers service is pretty good.

Unknown didn’t know at his was included, I guess it came with something purchased

Always get the protection plan for .my parents. Is so much easier for them to just bring in the product instead of having to ship it

I diffently feel this is worth the money on an expensive purchase. I used it once and it work out well in my situation.

Uncomfortable for the first month or so, but eventually got used to it. Gets the job done, and for the price, it is pretty nice.

eats ink dont have much in them printers fine ok otherwise

bought this replacement plan without knowing if needed. turns out didnt, never would have, and really wasnt a value payoff. geek squad is great otherwise, pick replacement plans appropriate for electronic item bought is my advice next time. think it through. many other plans bought with purchase in past much more valuable.

It's a protection plan, nuff said. Just value if the plan is worth it.

When papers get jammed, you have no way of finding them the printer.

When we buy the warrenty it should cover accidental also. But no. People do drop things on accident and yet we get no break.

I’m hoping I don’t have to use it. I’m not sure it it’s a ploy or if it has value... I’m assuming that’s the goal.

I purchased an hp printer and whenever I try to print, the printer is "offline." This has been happening since day 1. Geek Squad wants to charge me to resolve the issue. I will never invest in Geek Squad again.
