Boy am I glad I had the two year replacement deal. My 6 month old HP fancy printer died after a power surge and BB/GS replaced it ASAP no questions asked. Whew!

Printer works well. Printer quality is excellent. Unfortunately, set-up can be painful, and you have to use the app to set it all up. It is not a simple plug & play.

They are wonderful and know what they are doing! They explain everything very well so you know what they are talking about. I had to call them one for something that I thought was stupid but they treated me with such respect.

Totally got this when we got yet another new printer. It is better to have extra protection on a printer just like you would purchase for a new phone. Peace of mind knowing I don’t have to worry about a problem.

Best buy offers warranty on other items and most people just ignore that when they're asked but it's well worth it if he ever have a problem just take a right to your local Best buy and they will take care of it

Still worked for picking up audio bu stopped giving me feedback in my headphones. Thankful to have the plan, but already having the blue yeti ultimately decide one was enough for my purposes.
