    Great to have. They fixed my washer the first call then have to give me a new one after my second call. All no extra charge. Without insurance I’d be holding my J forking out hundreds for a new washer

    When I had an issue with my printer, unfortunately they couldn’t fix it, but the refund for the Geek Squad protection went smoothly. They also advised me on better printers for my specific needs which I appreciated.

    Very good image, excellent warm, they appeared to me in the middle of black lines. I have about 5 years with her. It is curved and I think it no longer works for you if you guarantee

    Ive had bad luck with flatscreen tvs everytime i purchased 1, at no fault of my own, after a few months, to a year , the tvs would just stop working, like the sound would go out or their would be no picture, just a black screen with volume or vice versa, the issue i was told after several times of wasting hundreds of dollars on these tvs, cause after a year or couple months, it shouldn't just stop working. The issue i was told was a part burnt out, i forget the names of the parts that blew out, but its a joke cause to get it fixed if I went that route ,it cost more then the darn tv. So obviously that doesn't make any sense to pay more then the cost of the tv, so id be s.o.L. and have to just buy a new 1, i wasnt dealing with that this time around, i got a new 50 inch and new 55 inch and I wasn't chancing it they blew out again after just a year's time, so it made sense to get the protection for 40 more bucks.

    I’ve always bought extended warranties on everything I buy. I’ve never had any trouble with Best Buy in returning an item that broke they either replace it or give me a replacement at the cost that I spent for it or what it would cost to this day.

    On any product over say $25+ that you get that figure will need to last you a year or longer don't think twice about it pay the price for it & get worth every penny even if you never use it the peace of mind is. Have never had a single problem with the multiple various products I've had issues with over the years through Best Buy with returning that this covered. Always treated well & helped out great from gaming headsets, gaming mouse to my PC's if needed to be replaced or fixed. Have read plenty of bad reviews all over the place but often those ppl seemed to be rude & demanding. Just simply be patient explain the problem & treat who ever helps you nicely, have done this in the handful of times I had to compared to the many products I got that I never had to. Everytime I the issue was took care of & or fixed with little to no problem at all & may have just took a bit of time on my end. Not a single complaint yet & worth it.

    I just used this same type of plan on a 2+ year old printer that became defective. I took it to the store and because it was not repairable and no longer in stock, I was issued store credit for the total original price. The process was painless and the folks at the store were very helpful. I took the store credit and bought another printer right away and of course bought the 4-year plan.

    HP printer that I purchased in 03-2015 just stopped working one day 10-2016. I took it to Geek Squad HP & explained what the problem was. They took it in back, looked at it & told me it wasn't repairable. Luckily I had the 2-year replacement! No questions asked ~ right away refunded the full cost of the printer (less sales tax). Used that for a new printer & got the 2-year replacement again. It took less than a half hour ~ how's that for great service?

    This is at least my 4th K-cup machine in 10 years or so. By far my favorite. Has all the options I like with simple intuitive buttons. I can make a pot just as easily as I can make a cup. I wouldn't bother with this review except that I actually shopped all Keurig options at every store that carries them for well over a year because my now deceased machine started having the LCD screen bug out with increasing frequency. Since you could still operate the machine by touching the right parts of the screen (because we had it memorized), this indicates that the microcontroler uses GPIOs for the display that still work which indicates that the memory in the microcontroller itself is failing. Sure enough, about 2 months ago, it finally started mixing up motor controls and making a mess. This model was one of only two available at my local Best Buy the next day (after previously selling out over Christmas) and I couldn't be happier, though it makes all my previous shopping and research seem pointless. This was the obvious choice but I didn't know it until I used it. Highly recommend.

    I have purchased the geek squad product replacement multiple times over the course of shopping at BEST BUY. It has been an amazing life saver, their ability to make a crappy experience awesome is what makes this warranty worth every penny. My first experience with it was over a vacuum. The handle broke and they took it and got me a new one with no issues. Sorted and fixed all in one day. I don't know how many warranties do that, but Geek Squad is by far the best that I have experienced!

    Extended warranty a good deal

    Although lot of magazines say extended warranties are a waste of money, the one I bought last year for my HP printer just saved me $100. The sale price on the printer was $99.99, so a two year warranty was only $10. Last week, it decided not to print black .I checked the cartridge and printer head and both were fine - so I called my Best Buy in Littleton and explained the problem. After I gave the serviceman my phone number and date of purchase, he brought it up on his computer and told me to bring in the bad one and they would replace it with a brand new one, still in the box. This is the easiest exchange I have ever made! They also gave me a refund on the unused part of the original warranty, which I applied to a new two year plan. I am extremely pleased with the warranty and the service from the Littleton Best Buy on South Wadsworth Blvd.
