Was so glad I had this program when my printer was not able to be fixed. Felt the allowance was fair, was disappointed there was no choice of printers, due to low inventory.

Husband would never let me get the insurance till one time we got it on an item of his. This item actually broke and This insurance took care of it with 0 questions asked, Awesome

This was an easy yes, definitely feel good knowing I can bring in my item and get helped or replaced.

Haven't needed to use yet, but the associates at best buy are very kind and helpful.

The Geek Squad is wonderful. I don't know what do if I didnt have their help.

They never seem to have time,not so friendly and mostly not very willing to help or give better alternative. Its very frustrating

Definitely gets insurance if you look to protect something

It was pretty easy to enroll in, which is great because it gives me peace of mind as far as knowing that I will be covered in case the item fails, is concerned.

Thought this was a good idea to buy, you never know what’s going to happen.

This is honestly so worth it!!! I never got to use on some products but then my printer just flat broke and I was able to get it replaced !!

My printer was having problems. Geek squad quickly checked it out and offered to change the printer to a current model since they could not fix it in store. Worth the service.

They are very helpful and gave me information in detail on my printer

Decent price for protection. Not sure if it will kick in after the manufacturer’s warranty.

I took a old computer to The Geek Squad and have them check the system and put it all on a SD card and they removed the hard drive gave it back to me and kept the rest of the old computer it was awesome well worth the Geek Squad

I bought this when I got some headphones. After the kept disconnecting no matter how many firmware updates I did, Geek Squad replaced it for me. Always a great safety net!

I can only go by what I was told, that they are very good. That why I got it. But because I have a great product that I don’t have first hand experience. So base on what I was told I will rate it.
