Just bought my new printer so I haven’t had to use the Geek Squad!

I love that Best Buy has the Geek Squad product replacement for the simple fact I am in college and can't afford the extra surprise cost if you need something repaired. They help you with what ever you need help with.

We like the replacement policies. We are not techies and this is inexpensive insurance against our own foibles - of which we create for ourselves.

Bought a printer for my college student to put in his apartment, where something could more easily happen to it than in my own (adult) home. For $20, I have peace of mind for 2 years. Worth the price.

I like have the Geek Squad protection. Because, I can be completely irresponsible and not take ownership for my actions with anything I buy. And they will replace it for me. not that I would ever do that.

Warranty covers most things that can happened to a product. I highly recommend getting the Bestbuy warranty just so you're prepared for the worst. I rather have it and not need it than not have it and need it.

nothing to report everything working Great everything in Great working condition except out Microwave need to check and see it its still under Factory warranty Can you check to see if my Microwave warranty is still an force. I think it needs repair or replace

I purchased this just in case. I haven't had to use it yet as the printers have always lasted more than 2 years but I recommend buying this to save yourself alot of stress.

Will always add Geek Squad to electronics purchase, makes life a little more kid proof.

This warranty was very beneficial on the last headset I had and I am fell good about purchasing it on this one. BB took good care of me when I needed them.

You can never go wrong with the Geek Squad. They really know their stuff. If something is not working right, you guessed it .... Geek Squad to the rescue!!!!

It’s nice that Best Buy offers this. I got it on some Bluetooth headphones I am required to use for a new job. Nice to know if they malfunction or break, I can get a new set from Best Buy right away.

I've purchased Geek Squad product replacement on several items and have been glad I did. A previous purchase was replaced without question, when the product failed.

Geek squad personnel have been great! Showed great patience in working with the computer inept (such as myself). Fixed and inspected the equipment and helpful. Also used online service and they were good too.
