2 year extra warranty for my HP printer! It was Best Buy Geek squad advice and I was happy to get it and use it, for the very good price! Thank you Best Buy!

Not much to say it’s warranty and I get entered into a drawing to write a review.

MY MOUSE QUIT WORKING THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO. IT WORKED WHEN IT WANTED. TOOK IT TO BEST BUY AND GOT A REFUND. 2 YEAR GEEK SQUAD PRODUCT REPLACEMENT IS COOL TO HAVE

I love getting Geek Squad protection because you never know when you'll need it. I've never had a problem with swapping out broken electronics or getting something fixed.

Purchased this along with my new printer for peace of mind. Plus with Geek Squad great reputation, it was an easy decision.

I highly recommend that whenever you can get an extended warranty at Best Buy get it, you can’t go wrong unless you don’t get one.

I'm never disappointed protecting our purchases when it comes to have teenagers in the house. They seem to be harder on equipment than I remember being.

I did not even have to take my printer in. I had a question and gave them a call they and they told me what to do over the phone and fixed the problem in no time.

Wouldn't be without it. If I have a problem with my product I call for help. If the problem still exists I take it in and it is either fixed or replaced.

It is always good to get a protection plan as you never know when you might need it and then you are covered

I haven't had the need to replace my product yet but people at Bestbuy are always helpful and answer all of my questions when I'm there and that is why i keep coming back

24/7 accessible - Never had a tech problem that Geek Squad could not handle and would not handle. Knowledge of a variety of tech devices-how to install and troubleshoot.

Having Geek squad is always handy I get this especially when I have to get a new computer. But what’s even better they also help with old computers as well.

This small, external back up drive is perfect to protect your files. It was easy to set up and works well. Just wish that it had a monitor light indicator so you know when it is working. Very quiet.

I always take the product replacement insurance on the big purchases I make. Why would you not spend a few dollars to insure that if something happens to your big ticket item it ill be repaired or replaced.
