It has always been good to purchase the geek squad plan with any computers bought from best buy. They always come through when there have been problems.

I have purchased GEEK SQUAD PRODUCT REPLACEMENT PLAN I HAVE NOR HAD OCCASION TO USE IT BUT I AM VERY CONFIDENT ON ALL OF THE GEEK SQUAD SERVICES

Had to return the keyboard because one of the keys was defective and kept sticking. Only had it a couple of months and thought the product warrantee covered a full exchange. Geek Squad prorated the coverage so there was a charge. However the service at the store was excellent and getting a replacement was easy :)

I've had to use the product replacement plan before and the process is really easy and hassle free. They just exchange it out for you with no issues.

I love the product placement plan. If you have an issue in or out of manufacture warranty, then they replace the product or give you a store credit towards a new product. No hassle or wait for repair.

I have it for my daughter's and my parents so they can print out what they need. Very easy on the pocketbook and also to very effective.

Right now I have not used the geek squad for my product. But I purchased it just to have a little more insurance just in case something happens along the way.

It's a great thing to have Evan if you don't use it. Most of what I have bought has been great and lasted longer then expected. But the couple times I needed it,it was there for me and no hassels

Geek squad is great at giving support and guiding customers when they need support. They are quick and easy to understand. I always receive great assistance.

These folks really know their job and i usually don't even need to take my computer to the store. And they can even solve an issue when I'm not even sitting by my computer!! Well worth the price!

I recommend getting this on technology. Technology is great but it isn't the best, get this in case your product breaks, it has saved me a lot of money.
