Anyone have ever talked to with the Geek Squad has always been very helpful and nice. It's also nice to get an affordable "warranty" for most any item I choose!

Definitely worth getting for that piece of mind. Gaming equipment is expensive and it's nice to know that if anything goes wrong with it I'm not out that money.

Geek squad answered my questions and helped steer me towards this unit when I was getting rid of my TWC unit angling with the monthly TWC fee. Haven't had to have them repair since it still works well.

I love buy the protection plans as it extends the warranty, and there isn't a problem when something goes wrong your purchase is totally taken care of. I usually buy protection plans on expensive items.

Great service that lets you have up to two years to replace a product if you have the right things, plan to buy this with most if not all of my products.

I have used the Geek Squad for years, and every experience has been positive. I recommend them, even for products not bought at Best Buy (gasp!)

Had a small problem with my printer within the first month of purchasing, took my printer back to Best Buy, with the 2 yr warranty and they replaced item with no problem. Geek Squad is the best.

It's good to know that Geek Squad is available if I should need them. Fortunately for me, I haven't had a need for them. I highly recommend them.

When your products fail as some do, it's always nice when you have the extended warranty on it and can get the item fixed or replaced without hassle.
