    Best Buy stands by their warranty program and will actually replace your appliance or device with no problems. I hope that never changes!

    My two year old printer broke and because I had this insurance I was able to pick up a new unit for free! Definitely ended up being a good decision for me!

    I love GSP-R when the price is right! A 4 year plan on a printer is great, most of us have issues with a printer within 4 years lets face it... Just take it in when issues arrise in year 4 and time to get a new one!

    I just renewed my Geek Squad. I find them very helpful. Sometimes the 1st tech on the phone can handle a smaller issue. If it is too difficult, then a higher level tech will jump in there remotely and handle in an hour or two. I have always eventually had my issues resolved, but their process can be lengthy sometimes because they might say the 2nd tech is scheduled to take remote access in 30 minutes and it ends up being 2 hours. Even though they are handling it remotely and say I don't have to be present, I do need to check their work and confirm it is fixed. In comparison to iYogi, which I used for years.. I might be on there for 2-3 hours, but there are no gaps. The reason I had to stop using iYoga though, is that that absolutely torment you about renewing your subscription. They would start hassling me in March for a subscription ending in August. It was non stop phone calls at all hours, even when I told them they had to stop. With Geek Squad recently, I didn't get any phone calls, just 2 emails telling me my last day. I respected that they respected my time. The other thing I like about Geek Squad I like is that I always have that option to schedule an appointment at their Best Buy counter. Options are good.

    This printer has been a lifesaver and game changer for me! The added feature of split pages is amazing! As a teacher time and supplies are limited, everything about this printer is great?0

    I have had 2 products either replaced or repaired by Geek Squad. The service is excellent. They listen carefully to your issue and find a suitable solution. I will never go anywhere else.

    I’ve never had a toner printer so I don’t know all that could go wrong. I got this warranty just in case. I’ve asked for help in the past and they were very helpful and I didn’t have warranty or anything.

    For any device that you can get this on, do it! The hassle of not having to send to the manufacturer - waiting and getting it shipped back to you is inconvenient! With Geek Squad, you can get a replacement item if your local BestBuy has the same item in stock, or get credit for the original purchase price (minus cost of Geek Squad) to buy anything else your heart desires!

    4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement paid off!

    I had purchased an item that I ended up not liking it. Because I had also purchased the 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement, I was able to return the item after using it for a few months and I received store credit for the full price of the item. The return process was very easy.

    Always get the Best Buy protection

    I always get the Best Buy protection on my electronics. While I am sure over the many years as a Best Buy customer I have spent more on warranties that what they have saved me I still think they are a good deal. There is never a problem with getting a replacement if you need one. My Fitbit HR died 4 times in a year because of sweat from working out. They replaced it 4 times no questions asked!!! Just had a Seagate drive fail and had it changed in less than 10 minutes in the store. I love just having the piece of mind that my stuff will be replaced or fixed if there is a problem. I just wish Apple would still let Best Buy sell there warranty over AppleCare. Apple won't even offer an extended warranty on Beats but Best Buy did till Apple stopped them. I had my daughter change to Bose when her Beats went for this reason. And always great service at Best Buy, Deptford NJ
