Geek squad is great to have. You never know when something stops working. Better to have then not have.

Got this warranty on a computer mouse and can write a better review if I ever have to use it. Hopefully its an easy replacement process. Never have had to use it before.

You cant go wrong with a Geek Squad protection plan ; in the long run , they will save you cash and frustration : )

Purchased this for numerous items. Haven't had to use it much, but when I do they are always accommodating, professional and do they job right the first time.

This is an unusual printer in the fact that I had a paper jam and finally realized, after research, that I had to turn the printer on its side or just lift it up to remove the paper jam. Actually it has no cover on the bottom. The paper was easy to remove and then the printer was ready to use.

I have used the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement several times and the Geek Squad has been wonderful. They answer questions without making me feel dumb!!!!!

No problems with returning equipment and replacements when Best Buy did not have the original in stock. Store credit works great.

Service protection is an excellent choice and would highly recommend getting it for any product purchased at this location
