I could not do without my Geek Squad Replacement Plan. Protects my purchases so I do not have to buy a new product.

My monitor decided that it didn't want to work anymore. BB replaced it with no questions asked.

This is a basic insurance product, I have found in my dealings with electronics that usually a malfunction if it is going to occur, it will be within the first 2 years.

I’ve never had to use this service as I find most items are worth keeping or not.We usually keep or return are purchases.

I purchased this to have some piece of mind. Fair price for 2 year protection. Although other stores provide same protection time length for a bit less. I haven't had to use, but I'm sure Geek Squad will be responsive.

Never had a problem with any item under the warranty plan. Staff is always prompt and easy to exchange or fix any product.

I haven’t used it yet but I did call for help on a product and they walked me through it step by step.
