    Now you have to make an appointment and leave your item for repair/review. In the past, the agents would help you on the spot, if they could. It's hard to reach Geek Squad at store by phone.

    Purchased in 2020. Worked fairly good. Had intermittent problems but was able to maintain and fix. 2 years later printer will not stay connected to internet therefore am unable to get any new updates. Will not update through phone app as well. Good that I purchased the extra protection plan. Will be returning for this is not a good reliable printer.
