    Replacement plans that are WORTH IT

    I have been buying a lot of my tech through Best Buy solely for the fact that the replacement plan/damage plans are AMAZING. I have never had an issue with returning a faulty or broken product under it's plan. Even in instances where records were not showing for one of my devices, the employees at Best Buy dug into their database to find I had my name in twice! They were able to determine I DID have coverage and still assist me. These plans are some of the only coverage plans out there that are SINCERELY WORTH IT.

    Wonderful, experience - I always buy best buy products, because the customer service anywhere else is not very good at all. if they could just change their phone center, we can actually call the store and talk to the amazing employees locally that they have. That is my only issue.

    I can't stress enough how much I love their warranties I've had several items in the past that broke down during warranty and they replaced it hassle free. Definitely recommend getting it if especially the item is for yourself

    I like the Geek Squad service. I brought it for my printer. I replaced my printer two times in two year without paying anything extra. (Other than Geek Squad Service Fee). And replacement was really smooth. Best buy customer care person just replaced my printer without any question. Only thing I feel is, it is costly for some products. My printer Price : $90 Geek Squad Service Fee: $25 (For two years)

    I usually dont buy service plans but the price was so low it was worth the gamble. Especially since the printer failed after only a few years because a tiny plastic tab that held the ink cartridge broke and cost more to fix than to replace the printer.

    I don't always choose to add the extended service plan through Geek Squad. Feels like gambling with my money on every purchase that I do not insure in case of the unforeseen. The products I purchased was a 1 terabytes scan disk brand external hard drive. I'm glad that I picked up the Geek Squad protection plan in case of the unforeseen it's much better to pay to have it in case something was to happen because it's the only chance of recovering those 's priceless files and information if the hard drive was to Phil

    I made this TV purchased after My last Tv broke. I had it about 11 months and lost the picture. I had it fixed under the manufacture warranty. Less than a year later, I lost the picture again, and did not have any warranty on it. Cause me over $600.00 to get it fixed. Less then a year later, lost the picture again. I got a new tv with a 2 year warranty so that I will not go though this again.

    Pros: Wireless. Wired when needed, which is not very often because of the ridiculously long battery life. Lightweight, but doesn't feel like it's not grounded. Smooth but tactile surface materials. Ultra-responsive in wireless or wired. Spectrum lighting and syncs with headset and keyboard. Great button layout with ambidextrous design. Even allows for "thumb" buttons on both sides if you can manage the extra buttons. Cons: Expensive, but to be honest, it's worth the money if it lasts like I expect.

    The Geek Squad protection plan has been pretty good but just recently the four-year-old grandson hit the TV with a stuffed animal messing up the screen and take classes nothing we can do about it you got to buy new TV I was like wow that's the first
