    This is a replacement plan and I was disappointed that I could not replace product or be offered something comparable to what I had. I was given my money back which I guess is good, but I still need a printer and no one suggested anything so I left with my store credit.

    You use to be able to just walk in for assistance from the geek squad now you have to make an appointment and they are not always ready when arrive. If it is not based on appointment times then they should not have appointments go back to the old days of first come first serve.

    Not the HP brand I remember from the past as it has been unreliable from the beginning. Print quality is a disappointment, it’s OK, but not HP quality. Geek to the Rescue!
