The plans are good, but should have an expansion and not just the basics because for you to spend so much on the product and almost the same price for a protection plan it should have more coverage. Sometimes you loose out on the protection plan.

Printer does not stay connected to the laptop or internet. I've had it for about a year and now it's printing without the words on the paper

I honestly totally didn't even notice I purchased Geek Squad I don't know how to be honest I don't know if it's like a subscription thing that was my fault but I've use Geek Squad in the past is good but I really don't use it it all depends on the person

It's ok to have cause stuff are pricey these days so grab it. Never know.

So for a few dollars it was still worthwhile. After twice before needing to take advantage of our extended warranty we opted to pick up again. So we didn’t need to take advantage of this one but still worth the piece of mind for our college student.

Low cost for my printer. Have not needed it yet but reassuring to have.

I bought headphones with this warranty. I wanted them repaired or checked and was told they only replace the items, no service work is offered. Returned 4 pairs and I am over it. I was also told you would get value of the item. I bought mine on sale, and only get sale price, not full price of item.

Peace of mind when something breaks down that I can get it replaced quickly and without extra cost. The only thing that bothered me was that they tried to tell me my product was no longer available and tried to sell me a more expensive product, when in fact it was, but I had to buy it online.

really happy to buy this warranty, be peace on mind with this.

Hope I never have to use it but having it eases the mind some.
