    The lines can take long at times if you don´t have an appointment, which I would usually not have as my daughter would come home from school with a broken piece that needed fixing or exchanging before the next day. Service is good though. They would exchange the product right away.

    Bought this for a HP Printer.. was a pain in the rear.. had to package and ship the HUGE HEAVY printer twice for them to attempt to fix it.. fail times two…. Took forever and was a hassle to finally get my money back.. keep in mind all the time wasted and I lost printing time.

    I read several reviews of color copier maintenance issues so we took out the warranty hoping we never need it, but mitigating the cost risk if there was a problem.
