    I bought the 4 year Geek product replacement for an Epson printer. After about 4 months I had a problem with the printer and brought it back to Best Buy.They gave me a new printer but I lost the 4 year Geek replacement warranty for some reason. I was still under Epson's original 1 year warranty. I have no idea why the extended warranty wasn't transferred to the replacement printer. I spent $50 for the extended warranty and never got to use it.

    They kept you on line for a while, just to be cut off after initiate a conversation and never call you back. Quite rude few or at least they do not seem interest in helping.

    It’s good the only thing is that we got it for a keyboard case that stopped working and since the company changed the model of the keyboard, even though it looked exactly that the one we had, we couldn’t replace it, they gave us our money back on a gift card... so

    I usually never buy the replacement contract. However, the price for the Epson Scanner was high. Now they have come down on the price from $499.99 to $399.99. Evidently, there is some fine print regarding BB's Price match guarantee! When you select the reason for the return it mentions 30 days. Electronics must be special (15 days). But if you pay for the Total Membership it's 60 days. Sounds like bad marketing and worse customer service.
