2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement I can't begin to stress the level of importance when it comes to acquiring the two-year geek-squad product replacement plans or any warranty that Best Buy provides because they definitely will take care of you but make sure that you get the highest years available or extended your warranty as well.

THE AGENTS INSTALLED MY TV AND MOVED MY OTHER BEST BUY TV PURCHASE TO ANOTHER ROOM. THEY ALSO RE-PROGRAMMED MY REMOTES TO GET EVERYTHING IN SYNC. I'M COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

I paid a minimal amount for a product replacement policy and so glad I did. My new printer broke after only 2 months. Just brought it back to the store and they replaced it immediately. The only downside was having to make an appointment with Geek Squad to set the printer up with my computer. So had to make several trips back to the store.

Geek Squad has been my salvation. No matter what happens they have a quick and easy resolve. This is like no other - Thank You.

Got a 4 yr replacement warranty on a Smart Tank 5000 for a great deal. All the printers I've bought over yrs this has to be worth 35.00

Like come on.. you wanna waste time mailing stuff to the company for warranty replacement when you can easily waltz to Best Buy and replace the product in a heartbeat and enjoy the stuff you purchased in the first place? They never failed any customer! They will be there to make sure you get what you paid for they are quite good at that!

This is the only store-sold warranty I ever buy and it actually comes through when you need it. They are true to their word and actually fix or replace the product as promised...no probing questions or trying to get out of honoring the warranty. It's absolutely worth every penny.

I don't usually buy extended warranty or protection plans on anything I buy. But this is a service I can't live without. I use my computer/laptop a lot, but I'm no expert. Every few months (over the phone) I have the Geeksquad clean it up and it runs better/faster. If something happens and it needs a new part or I crack the screen, it's free parts and service. Best bang for my $$$$$.

Good warranty will always buy with Best Buy ! They hold up there warranties !

Highly recommend customers to purchases item from best buy. The staff is willing and ready to assist with any issues you may have buying or returning items. I frequently shop in Freeport location.

I have always purchased this protection for items purchased at Best Buy. If they can't fix it, they have given me credit toward a new purchase in the past. Fortunately, I have not had to use it on my new items purchased but I know I can count on Best Buy to repair or credit me toward a new purchase.

After buying Forza Motorsport 7 Digital Deluxe Edition - Windows|Xbox One & a 6GB GPU for my PC so that I could run Forza because the game requires a least a 4GB GPU, the Geek Squad helped solve the new GPU wouldn't work on my PC. They found that I needed a different GPU that was compatible with my PC's system. Good work by the Squad.

Just incase my husband lose anything or my printer started messing up, its best to have so you would've have to purchase idea again.

Best way to get in that extra protein without the calories. Been using it for protein ice cream and sorbets which have made clean eating easy and fun.

The service with geek squad I would always buy. The ease of use and the knowledge backed by fix or replace is excellent. I had to dock them though with the Corona virus they made no concessions. They couldn’t come in to do any work for 5 months and counting but wouldn’t extend or discount. Sure we were covered but when you’re in high risk and keep everyone out... a tv or computer is not critical. They should have given some courtesy ... free money for them for 5 months. Recommend only under normal circumstances.

Geek squad is the best coverage around. They have always been able to fix or replace any item that has been covered.

I hope I never need to use the Geek Squad service, but I trust them to be there if I do. I have purchased their service before, but took care of my product and never used the Geek Squad.

Bought this for a new dishwasher and glad I did. We had a lightning strike and the new dishwasher was toasted. The replacement program saved me from having to buy another dishwasher!

Extended warranty for my Canon Pixma G7020 4 in 1 printer scanner fax & copier. Very happy with my purchase and have not had any issues yet.

Obviously and fortunately I haven't used the protection service I purchased for my printer because everything's fine. But I keep loyal to Geek Squad services and protection plans since like '05 or '06 because they really are the best, and best value.
