I always get Geek Squad Protection. Everything always seems to break right after the one year warranty! This warranty has saved me so many times! I'll never buy a product without it!

Love geek squad. Never had a problem with anthing ive bought from best buy other than a 65" tv and they refunded me my complete purchase price including geek squad.

I've used Geek Squad protection on almost 1/2 of my purchases... It has paid for itself and more - even taking into account the cost of unused coverage. Cameras get dropped, so do tablets and phones... Electronics short out or simply fail... just take it back and get a new one!

Bought this for a present for my granddaughter to print photos. She has a new camera and said this printer prints very nice pics. I like getting the warranty because best buy is great about fixing or replacing.

I love that Best Buy offers a replacement plan. You can never know when your electronics will give out and it’s nice to know Best Buy has you covered! I was able to take my headset back in and get another one! Same day, no hassle.

I haven't needed to use this yet, but geek squad has been helpful in the past.

I have not had to use it yet, but I hear great things.

This has saved my butt on 2 occasions now. I had it for my laptop which at 3 months old, got knocked over and shattered the glass. I also used it with a 6 month old printer and was in and out the door with a brand new printer within 10 minutes. Definitely worth the $$$ spent.

Love warranties. My mother calls me the Warranty Queen because I get warranties on anything that allows it so I am protected.

It is very helpful to have. When I have had an issue they are easy to get in contact with.

Usually don't purchase replacement for printers since prices are so low they are all but disposable these days. This printer was much more expensive so did get it this time. I found out that I had a printer go bad within the warranty period but since I did not have the replacement plan I would have paid to send it back to HP. Disappointed with Best Buy not taking it back in warranty.

Have not has to use them except once in store for a special cable. I am a computer person so not need them much

I for one love the geek squad. I call them a few times a week just to chat about the latest news in computer stuff. One time a geek came over and we played diablo 2 for like 2 seconds. it was radical.

Always recommend this products. I have bought protection for every item I buy. Never had an issue using it to replace an item.

Lasted a very long time. Only regret is that I didn't check prices on the ink it was very expensive. otherwise a great printer
