Great value for the money. We live over an hour's drive from the nearest Best Buy so being able to get support online is a plus for us. The agents are knowledgeable and patient with our questions.

Geek squad always take care of the customer problems and they are very helpful and professional

Bestbuy charges for a protection plan depending on the cost of the item purchased. They used to take the manufacturers warranty and if the item was defective in to account before applying the protection plan. So they would only use the protection plan in extreme cases. They don't do this anymore. If anything happens to your product you only have 15 days to return it. After that they apply the protection plan to any issues with the product and if you want to keep the protection plan after the issue you have to repurchase it. I had a HP printer fail from a manufacturers defect after 6 weeks of use. I took it back and told them I need to get another printer. They took it back with little question but also used up my $50.00 protection plan in the process. I asked them why are you using my protection plan on a defective item? They said if I don't want to use up my protection plan then I would have to deal with HP directly. In addition they would only offer store credit and refused to give me a refund. I understand that a company has to make a profit to stay in business but there is something just not right about how they are handling this now. Essential if you want the option and privilege of returning an item no matter the circumstances you need to buy a protection plan.

I hate to say but this is not the best printer. Most of the time my printer falls off line and disconnect, I can’t just click scan and scan to my printer. I have to only use the app and that’s very inconvenient. My other Hp allowed me to scan to email but this one doesn’t. So if I could I would not get again.

I always get protection plan like this when I buy any device at Bestbuy. I feel relaxed using my devices without any worry. It is worth investing money on protection plan because you never know what's gonna happen. It's a good insurance.

Great knowing there is a 4 year replacement policy.

I always purchase Geek Squad replacement plans on product that I plan for long term use especially on items used on a reg basis. If they fail, they are replaced by Bestbuy.

All I know is that "if it can break, my house can break it!" Always have a Geek Squad Warranty with all my products from Best Buy, I have to use only once and they couldn't have been more helpful. My advise is to get it when you buy a product there.

Geek Squad is worth the money, had a device stop working and called placed a claim took into the store and replaced with an equivalent item.

Since I enrolled in the Best Buy Geek Squad program, I don't worry about my computer problem anymore. Besides, I received some discount on another service. It is a win-win product.

Whenever I have had an issue with an item covered under the protection plan it is always repaired or replaced. I have never had any problem with Best Buy honoring the Geek Squad Protection Plan. The only downside is sometimes having to wait in line to be helped

Anything that you can purchase protection for, you should. This product costs 100$, and if something goes wrong, cannot easily be fixed. So spend 20$ now, and be able to replace it for free, for at least two years, which is more than its warranty can say.

I have never had an issue with using the protection plan. I get it on all my electronics (smart watches, ear buds, etc...) when and if something goes wrong I bring it in and they change or fix the product for me.
