bought it for the HP printer so far have not used it but I am sure one day it will come in handy.

It is really good to get warranty on your electronics because you never know what can happend and I have had really good service from the geek squad they are very friendly and reliable they try to help ypu in the best possible way

Its worth every penny buying geek squak. I have used them for years and every time i run into a situation I feel at ease knowing I can get it replaced when something happens.

Good to have it for the “just in case” but I feel it’s all a gimmick. To get more money out of you. There should be a give your your money back after the 2years because you didn’t use it!

Geek squad is a service I didn’t realize I had initially, but I was glad to realize I did!

My printer had an issue where it would leave stains on the printout. I mentioned my issue, and received a replacement for my printer within few days.

Product replacement programs with Best Buy are always helpful, I have used them in the past with digital cameras, etc. This was another unit that I thought the product replacement program would be helpful if needed down the road!

I've used this service once before, and when you need it, you need it!

There are not a lot of items that I would consider purchasing product protection for. But Best Buy has one that I always get for my electronics. The cost is great and they handle any issues without hesitation.

This set replaced our standard keyboard/mouse that came with our desktop....We have a huge desk set that requires us to run the wires thru the back of the desk and that limited us in how far we could move the keyboard. Not a problem anymore.
