I've always had good results with my GSP. Only seem to use 15-25% of the time, but when I need something repaired or replaced they stand behind them. (per terms) NOTE that calling in for claim can take some time on the phone however, to get claim set up and resolution.

I've been using Geek Squad's services for years and I can say that it was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. The guys are competent, fast and honest and I never had the slightest dissatisfaction with them. I'm already a senior citizen and will be using Geek Squad for a long time to come I hope. Excellent item. I was nervous buying a refurbished item but there was no reason to be. It works and looks like brand new. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would by refurbished from Best Buy again.

Warranties are a must have for any products of any kind especially electronics. I’ve always paid for extended warranties on any electronic and appliance items as I’ve had some problems with a couple of tech gadgets and the warranty resolved. Highly recommend getting this for your product.

I've owned an Epson XP-6000 for a while to print high quality color pages for my design portfolio, but I was finally fed up with how much ink it used up and how much cartridges cost. So I bought this. So far, I printed about 30 pages on the ET-2760, and I am very impressed with the quality. The prints are as good as the XP-6000. When comparing prints from both, I can barely tell them apart. Prints are crisp and colorful. On the XP-6000, 30 pages would consume half the ink, and a pack of ink cartridge for the XP-6000 is 50 bucks! On the ET-2760 however, the ink levels have barely dropped. I can already tell I will be able to save a lot of money. I should have made the switch a long time ago. If you print a lot, you should definitely consider buying an eco printer.

This plan is very well price for the product i purchased and i have used geek squad in the past and they do honor there warrenty.

This was worth it while I had it. I do not think the yearly charge was worth it. If you do not renew you lose your warranty

Great to have in case of accidents… if you’re worried about broken TVs or computers or whatever you buy… make sure to have this safety net!

So far, I really like this printer. I replaced my HPs with Epson Work Force Pro - WF 3820. The ink cartridge price seems slightly better. Most of all, the fast-printing capability on this lesser expensive printer is phenomenal, and the Duplex (2-sided) printing works great.
