This is great peace of mind for a computer printer.

I would be getting this again they charge you for what’s left on the warrant then you buy another one. Why not warranty the item for the whole years you payed for?

Geek squad is top notch, when I need help they are ready.

I was looking for a printer that would also do other things like scan into files. Also be a fax machine, etc. and the geek squad was able to help me get one that works best for my needs.

I was so appreciative of the service when I had to return my printer. It was covered under the warranty and covered under the extended warranty that I purchased and everybody was great start to finish gave me a new printer and off I went.

For the price for a four year replacement option plus any questions and help needed along the way on the printer I bought then based on prior printer feel it was an easy decision as I’ve yet to have a printer last four years without issues and replacing it.

It's nice to be able to replace or get it fix. I havn't used this yet, but it's always a good thing to have more warranties

Great Printer! Very easy to set up & Best Buy had them in stock. I did purchase the geek squad warranty, so I will have nothing to worry about!

I always make sure I get the extended warranty with all my electronics and appliances… there have been times when they come in handy and Geek Squad/Best Buy makes it easy!

I haven't had to use the service, and hope I do not. I'm not crazy about the quality of the printer I purchased the service for so I'm glad to have the Geek Squad on my side should I need them.

Very affordable plan for worry free coverage for the next 4 years.

Very knowledgable did not take them very long to remove old TV and replace it with the new one. Did all the setup connecting to satalite, antenna, internet and showed all features of new tv.

Absolutely love this printer I would recommend it very highly for anyone. Looking for a high end. Printer with a great price.
