Good protection for your purchase. They respind very well

I bought a washing machine and it came out defective and they changed it for a new one. (samsung). but the same one that I changed also came out defective and turned out to have a factory defect. but they ask me for the serial number of that washing machine and I can't find it anywhere, they say it's a label that all washing machines have but I couldn't find it, so for that reason they don't want to repair it

I have had the Geek Squad protection on everything I buy that you can get coverage on it is nice because if you have any problems with the item you have the Geek Squad will replace with no charge I also have computer protection which is really nice to have because you can call any time when you have computer problems and they can fix your computer with out having to take for repair at Best Buy

As we know, printers are not easy to operate. And it is easy for various problems to arise. Therefore, it is worthwhile to buy this after-sales service.

I purchased this for my wife's iPhone X. It came in handy literally on the last few days of expiration! Forgot I even bought it, her phone was having issues while using the navigation app (google or apple) and would overheat and freeze. Had to restart several times and when she got lost traveling for business that's when we took it in for repairs. Was able to get the phone replaced. All is well!

No matter the product we always purchase GEEK Squad protection because when something happens, the protection covers the repair or replacement of the product. We have used this on several occasions and it always been worth it, because the repairs alone would have cost more than the cost of the protection plan.

Best warranty out there!! They have never let us down!!

The protection plan paid for a new product since it could be fixed. From the time my product was examined and by the time I got my product, it all took less than 2 weeks

I decided to pay for the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement and one day I came with my go pro 4 camera because there was a problem with it and the Geek squad member that was helping me found out that I qualified to replace my go pro camera 4 for the newer go pro Hero 5 and that's what I did and I went home very happy with my new camera. From now on I will certainly pay for the warranty. I just recently bought a karma drone and also paid for the warranty.

Great service - sometimes argue a lot and do only what they want to do. Some are good and suggest what is best for you - but the supervisory staff argue! The squad then have to follow their instruction overriding our request!

I bought their insurance for my printer...only because of their great reputation. I don't expect to need them, but I like knowing I have bought from pros, in their field.

I bought the two year warranty on these headphone and to be honest it was a month short of being expired. I almost chunked them and just bought another pair. I figured I see and if they gave me any problems I would just buy the replacements. They didn't I walked in and walked out in 10 minutes with a two year newer upgraded set and all it cost me was the cost of a new 2 year extended warranty.

The Geek Squad tech added storage and ram to my new desktop and taught me how to access the additional drive. They improved the usefulness of my computer. I appreciated their help.

The support is great to have the only thing I don't like is that they don't offer extended warranty for computers any more there warranty is why I purchased computer from Best buy in the future I may or may not as I can get extended warranties vfrom other stores why a place like best buy stopped offering it on any of there good computers shows you how confident they are on the products they sell

So glad I purchased the extended Geek Squad warranty. I use my printer everyday for work and cannot be without. When it stopped working I was able to take the printer in and exchange it for a new one easily the same day.

I’ve never left a bad review before but I need to warn prospective buyers. This is the worst printer I’ve ever owned! I bought it in February ’21 and I’ve had to buy ink for it way too many times. I bought ink for it literally yesterday and I printed about 75 pages worth of documents for school and my black ink cartridge is almost out already!!! Do not buy this printer!!!

Geek squad support has always been there when I have any issues with my equipment. When they send your item out for repairs they do a final check when the product comes back into the store to make sure your item is working correctly before they call you for pick up. I appreciate that. I do not leave the store with a laptop without purchasing Geek Squad protection. That will never happen.
