Visited the store to inquire about not being able to connect my external monitors. The first visit they could not determine why external hardware would not upload to the computer. They suggested that I have the Geek Squad set my computer and reinstall all the programs. I came back a second time to talk about having the install redone and the agent that was talking to me said all I needed was a different cable and sure enough he saved me a lot of money. I no longer needed to have the install redone.

I buy the geek squad protection on everything I buy from Best Buy! It has been the best warrantee from anywhere that I have ever purchased! The geek squad and Best Buy have always taking amazing care of us because we have purchased the warrantees so I would highly recommend everybody do it

Fixed my printer when it was having ink issues, now has now problems!

I WAS SO HAPPY THAT I GOT THE GEEK SQUAD 2 YEARS PROTECTION/REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR THE AIR FRYER THAT I GOT MY SON FOR CHRISTMAS LAST YEAR. THE REPLACEMENT PLAN CAME IN VERY HANDY WITH THE AIR FRYER WAS GIVING THEM PROBLEMS IN INTERMITTINGLY SHUTTING OFF.

They offered me protection service for my products, which is important for the customer to know that they can count on additional protection for their products

Haven’t needed to use it yet, BUT it’s piece of mind knowing it’s covered for an extended time. As with anything that has moving parts, make sure you get coverage for things like this.

I bought the Best Buy warranty, so when my printer failed I upgraded to a tank system printer and was not charged the additional insurance, because I bought it the first time. Best Buy won over a customer for life. Normally I do not buy the warranty but have had some problems with printers in the past and did this time. Buying the warranty saved me money this time.

Ink does last a very long time. Would also always recommend a protection plan for all electronics.

Got say, I never was the type that like to get insurance or warranties on items. BestBuy Geek Squad, MANH! they make it soo easy to help. Everything always get fixed or replaced, FAST! no questions! I now buy warranties at BestBuy for everything I day there. I knows is gonna last twice my expectation. THANK YOU

I like their chat feature as the tech support chat has been useful in addressing my needs. They also could fix minor glitches by using remote repairs without having you bring the computer into the store.

Not much to review besides, transaction going smooth. Hopefully the item doesn’t failed. Don’t have to use the warranty. I hate to hate to return it but so far working good. My wife loves it but if her as a gift.

I have a friend that lives Plantronics because you can answer your phone without removing the Bluetooth headsets.Plus it has a talking feature that will tell you who's calling. It will say "answer or ignore". That's what my friend likes about the Plantronic headset.

Works great and love the warranty they offer. No questions asked.

I purchased this plan for a printer that arrived defective. I decided to return the printer and Best Buy had no issues or challenges and refunded the printer and Geek Squad service. Looking at other plans out there, Geek Squad is much less and in-store service.

Always good to have accident protection. I got mine for my keyboard and case for my ipad....Sooner or later I’ll spill a drink on the keyboard that will short it out and kill it so it’s worth the extra money to ensure that you’ll get a replacement free without having to spend another 89 bucks!! SO like Nike says...just do it...and get the backing

Geek Squad is a great product replacement to purchase. I have been using them for years with all my electronic purchases. It's worth it and I have saved hundreds.

This was purchased for a small business. It was a great buy and does everything I needed it to do. Fast print. Clear copy. Great fax option. No issues!!!

I had Geek Squad on a IMac several years ago and I had problems with getting some Apps working correctly...took it to Geek Squad and had it back the next day with everything working great. I always get the Geek Squad product Replacement because you never know what accidents will happen with your bought item!
